Mimi Searls

Mimi has been involved with the Studio Theatre on and off since 1996, when she first stepped on stage in Oklahoma!. Since then, she has spent decades nurturing a deep passion for theatre through a wide range of experiences, from theatre camps to numerous onstage and backstage roles.

Her performance credits include productions such as The Rocky Horror Show, Much Ado About Nothing, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Age of Arousal, Mamma Mia!, and The Great Gatsby. Beyond the stage, Mimi has contributed behind the scenes in productions including Hand to God and November, served as Assistant Director for The Sound of Music, and has been an active member of the board for the past five years. She is honoured to be serving her second year as Board President and is proud to continue supporting and championing the Studio Theatre community.
